驱风止痛膏对血浆神经递质和调质的影响变化分析

摘　　要：对１６０例慢性疼痛患者治疗前后血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ（ＡＮＧⅡ）、强啡肽（ＤＹＮＡ）、Ｐ物质（ＳＰ）、６酮前列环素（６ｋｅｔｏＰＧＦ１ａ）、血栓素Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２）含量进行测定，与２０例正常组人群进行比较，结果治疗前后Ｐ＞０．０５，说明药物对上述血浆神经递质和调质，具有调节作用。Contents of plasma angiotensin (ANG), dynorphin (DYNA), SP, 6ketoPGF1a and TXB2 were determined on 160 patients with chronic pains before and after treatment, and were compared with that of those persons (20 men) in health. The results indicated that P>0.05 before and after treatment, which suggested that the medication have the adjusting effect on the contents of plasma neurotransmitter and modulator.
