摘  要:以红麻和低熔点聚酯为原料,添加负离子整理剂,制成了可释放负离子的汽车内饰材料。采用正交试验方法优化了负离子工艺参数,其负离子整理剂浓度为500 g/L,浸渍时间为20 min,浸轧次数为2次。应用SPSS分析软件中的二次回归正交组合设计方案进行试验设计,分析各因素对负离子释放量的效应关系,对二次多项回归方程寻优得较优工艺参数为:热轧温度168.9℃,热轧时间5.3 min,热轧压强5.5 MPa。利用上述工艺制得红麻汽车内饰材料的负离子释放量为1480~1690个/cm3,达到GB/T18809-2002和GB/T 8170-1987的相关标准。Using kenaf and ES low melting point polyesteras material a new automotive interior material was developed with addition of negative ions arrangement.Orthogonal method was applied to optimize the parameters as following: negative ions concentration was 500 g/L,dipping time was 20 min,and dip pressing times was 2.The quadratic orthogonal rotational combination designed with three factors in SPSS software was utilized to analyze the relationship between various factors and negative ions releasing amount,and the results of quadratic regression equation were as following: hot pressing temperature was 168.9 ℃;hot pressing time was 5.3 min;hot pressing pressure was 5.5 MPa.We produced the kenaf interior material according to the parameters above,and the max releasing amount of negative ions was 1480~1690 /cm3 which reached the National Bureau Standard GB/T18809-2002 and GB/T8170-1987.
