整体透明技术观察悬铃叶苎麻胚胎发育的方法研究

摘　　要：本文以悬铃叶苎麻雌花为试验材料,通过整体透明技术观察其生殖过程中胚胎的发育。比较不同的固定液和透明液组合对透明效果的影响,结果表明,卡诺1固定液配合冬青油透明较适合悬铃叶苎麻雌花。The development of embryos was studied by the whole clearing techniques using female flowers of Boehmeria tricuspis as material in the study.The effects of different combinations of fixing solution and transparent solution were compared.The result showed that Cano 1 fixing solution combinated with methyl salicylate was suitable for clearing female flowers of Boehmeria tricuspis.
