摘　　要：统计分析方法以其定量分析、准确论断、科学预测等优势被应用于社会各个领域,城市建设工作的顺利开展离不开统计分析方法的运用,文章对统计分析方法的运用现状、重要性、形成发展、基本类型与国内外学者的研究等进行分析与概述。Statistical analysis methods have been applied in social fields with its quantitative analysis,accurate judgment,and scientific prediction advantages.Urban construction work cannot successfully achieve good results without the use of statistical analysis method.The paper analyzes and summarizes its apphcation status quo,its importance,the formation and development, basic types and domestic and foreign scholars research of the statistical analysis methods.
