摘　　要：主要介绍了1000t/d(固形物)碱回收的工艺流程、主要设备以及先进技术等。蒸发工段介绍了世界先进的结晶蒸发技术及原理;燃烧工段介绍了碱炉的配风系统及特点、作用,黑液枪的结构原理;苛化工段介绍了X-filter绿液处理设备、CD白液处理设备、LMD白泥洗涤设备等。本套大型碱回收绝大部分设备采用国产,工艺控制方面吸收了国际先进技术,使投资大幅度下降。为先进设备国产化打下了基础,使得工艺系统控制的核心技术在设计方面得以吸收、创新。Process, key equipment and advanced technologies for a 1000t/ d alkali recovery system were mainly introduced, which includes crystallization evaporation technology and its principle evaporation section, the air distribution system as well as its characteristics and the function, the black liquor sprayer for the recovery boiler in combustion section, the X-filter for green liquid, CD white liquor filter and LMD white mud washer. The majority of equipment in the alkali recovery system was made in China. The international advanced technologies were adopted in process control to make investment drop significantly. This laid a good foundation for large machinery made domestic, to make the core technologies in pro- cess control absorbed and innovated in the design.
