摘  要:研究了酚醛树脂(PF)与聚氧化乙烯(PEO)配比和pH值对聚氧化乙烯-酚醛树脂的凝胶量和状态的影响,及其与聚氧化乙烯-酚醛树脂体系的助留助滤效果和抗剪切等性能的关系。实验结果表明:在pH值5~9范围内,凝胶量和强度变化不大,PEO-PF体系的助留助滤效果亦没有明显变化;在该实验条件下,PF∶PEO=1时助滤作用最好,PF∶PEO=5时细小组分留着率达到最大值。该实验初步验证了凝胶助留助滤机理。The effects of the ratio of phenolic resin (PF) to polyethylene oxide (PEO), pH on quantity and status of PEO-PF gelatin were studied, and its relations with drainage and retention, shear strength of PEO- PF dual system were found out. The results show that the quantity and strength of the gelatin have little change within the range ofpH 5-9, as well as the effects of drainage and retention rate; Under the conditions applied in the experiment, the drainaging effect will reach the best when the ratio of PF to PEO being 1, while the retention rate reaches the maximum when the ratio of PF to PEO being 5. The results verified the retention and drainage mechanism preliminarily.
