显微手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察显微外科手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法:对57例高血压脑出血患者行手术治疗的病例作回顾性分析,并与同期完成的常规开颅手术42例进行对照。结果:显微组全部病例血肿清除满意,35例血肿清除90%以上,22例血肿清除80%以上;随访6个月,格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS):恢复良好7例,轻残24例,重残22例、植物状态3例,死亡1例。结论:显微手术清除血肿治疗高血压脑出血是较好方法,创伤小、省时、止血可靠,患者术后并发症较少,生存质量提高。Objective To explore therapeutic efficacy of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with microsurgery.Methods The clinical data of 57 patients with hypertensive intracerebral liematoma evacuated with microsurgery were analyzed retrospectively, and compared with those of 42 comparable patients undergoing conventional craniotomy. Results The effect of microsurgery is satisfactory. The liematoma was removed over 90% in 35 cases and over 80% in 22 cases.All patients were followed up for 6 months,According to GOS ： Good recovery 7cases, Moderate disability ： 24cases,Severe disability ： 22cases,Vegetative state ： 3cases and 1 death o Conclusion Remove hematoma with microsurgery is effective for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,less impairment,time-saving,bleeding reliably, wliicli helps to decrease complications and improve the, life quality of the patients.
