摘　　要：目的:探讨对患者行关节镜下半月板部分切除术的个性化护理的效果。方法:将220例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各110例。对照组采用常规治疗和护理;观察组根据患者个体情况实施个性化护理干预,包括针对患者的认知心理状况、不同康复阶段、制定个性化的干预方案。结果:两组干预前后SAS评分、膝关节功能及患者满意度比较,有显著性差异。结论:个性化护理能促进关节镜下半月板部分切除术后患者膝关节功能恢复,降低并发症,提高患者的生活质量。Objective Investigate to Personalized nursing for patients with meniscus excision undergoing arthroscopy. Methods 220 patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group every 110 cases. The control group used conventional treatment and nursing, the observation group according to individual situation implement personalized nursing. Results There was obvious defference between there two group after compared knee jonint function and SAS scores before and after the intervention. Conclusion Personalized nursing can promote total knee part function recovery and reduce complications, improve the quality of life for patients with meniscus excision undergoing arthroscopy.
