摘　　要：介绍了ＢＬ法生产海绵铁的竖炉及其工艺，该竖炉试验期间，生产出金属化率平均为９３０４％的海绵铁９３８７５ｔ。The BL shaft furnace and the process of producing sponge iron are described.During the trials of direct reduction iron production in shaft furnace,the output of sponge iron with an average metallization rate of 93.04% was up to 93.875t,and reached or exceeded 5t/d of design capacity.
