摘　　要：基于建设项目全寿命周期投资管理理论,分析了通信建设项目投资管理的重要阶段,提出针对不同阶段的投资管理具体措施,为现代通信建设项目投资管理实践提供借鉴。Based on the lifecycle investment management theory in construction project field,it analyzes the crucial period for investment management in communication construction project, proposes the specific measures for corresponding investment management stage, and provides support for investment management practice in modern communication project.
