摘　　要：在激烈对抗比赛中,决定投篮命中率的原因是多方面的,掌握好投篮的时间、空间和稳定性因素是正确运用投篮技术并保持较高命中率的基本条件。提高投篮命中率,必须熟练地掌握全面的投篮技术和扎实的投篮基本功;必须具备全面、良好的身体素质;必须具备良好的心理素质;必须富有相应层次的实战经验。[Abstract] In the fierce competition, many factors may affect the Field-Goal Percentage （FGP）. To improve it, a good apprehension of the time and space of shooting and other factors is essential. And players should master comprehensive shooting techniques and sound shooting skills. They should also have good physical quality and psychological quality, as well as rich experience of competition, which will enable them to remain sober and keep a clear mind in the match.
