摘　　要：科技全球化下的国际科技合作呈现出从双边合作走向多边合作,从资金投入转向财、物、智全面投入的新特点。对比分析了主要国家和地区国际科技合作的特点,并从政策支持、资金投入、论文产出等方面进行了分析,并由此提出对我国开展国际科技合作的启示。The new feature of international ST cooperation of the world was shown under the background of ST globalization,such as from bilateral cooperation to multilateral cooperation,from money input to Financial,material,intellectual input.The paper compared and analyzed the feature of main countries and regions international technology cooperation from the policy support,capital investment,paper output and so on,then summarized the enlightenment for Chinese international ST cooperation.
