摘　　要：在全面、深入分析知识产权产品竞争力影响因素的基础上,对企业知识产权产品及其竞争力的内涵进行界定,构建了知识产权产品竞争力评价指标体系。将模糊评价法与层次分析思想引入评价中,依据所构建的指标体系,以高新技术企业为对象测度知识产权产品竞争力。结果显示,2000-2007年高新技术企业知识产权产品竞争力普遍不容乐观,但竞争力强度不断增加。最后提出了提升江苏高新技术企业知识产权产品竞争力的对策建议。On the basis of a comprehensive and deep analysis of the intellectual property products influence,the text comes up with the definition about intellectual property products competitiveness,and it builds an appraisal target system of intellectual property product competitiveness.According to the index system,the text researches the high tech enterprises IP product competitiveness utilizing fuzzy evaluation method and AHP.The result shows that it is not optimistic about enterprises＇ IP product competitiveness in Jiangsu from 2000 to 2007,but competitive strength increasing.Finally it raises the related responses to improve the competitiveness of High tech enterprises＇ IP in Jiangsu.
