摘  要:[目的]探讨两种白酒对小鼠醉酒表现、海马乙酰胆碱酯酶(acetylcholinesterase,AchE)活性、纹状体多巴胺(dopamine,DA)和5羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)含量的影响。[方法]采用48.0%乙醇溶液作为对照组,观察记录两个不同品种白酒对BALB/c小鼠醉酒时间和酒醒时间的影响,比较醉酒时间差异,计算醉酒度百分比。测定对照组、正常组和酒样组小鼠海马AchE活性和纹状体DA、5HT的含量。[结果]两个不同品种的白酒醉酒时间有统计学差异(P﹤0.01),醉酒度百分比分别为145.8%和251.6%。后者醉酒度较低,且小鼠纹状体DA、5-HT含量低(P﹤0.01),海马AchE活性高(P﹤0.05)。[结论]醉酒度低的白酒对海马AchE活性和纹状体DA、5-HT含量的影响较小。[Objective]To investigate two Luzhou-flavor liquors' possible effects on mice' drunkenness,AchE activity of mice hippocampus and the contents of monoamine neurotransmitters in striatum.[Methods]The ebriety time and sober-up time were observed and recorded among three groups,the control group was administered intragastrically 48.0% ethanol solution and the others were administered two different varieties of Luzhou-flavor liquor with the same line respectively.We compared the difference on the ebriety time and sober-up time,calculate the degree percentage of drunkenness.Meanwhile,we determined the AchE activity of hippocampus and the contents of monoamine neurotransmitters in striatum among the normal group,the control group and two Luzhou-flavor liquors administered groups.[Results]There was statistically difference(P﹤0.001)on ebriety time between two Luzhou-flavor liquor groups,the degree percentages of drunkenness were 145.8% and 251.6%,respectively.The latter had lower degree of drunkenness,and its contents of DA and 5-HT in striatum were lower(P﹤0.01),and the AchE activity of hippocampus was higher(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]The Luzhou-flavor liquor which was identified as having lower degree of drunkenness,had less effects on the AchE activity of hippocampus and the contents of monoamine neurotransmitters in striatum.
