摘　　要：[目的]了解青铜峡市2009年医疗单位消毒质量,为防止医源性感染提供依据。[方法]按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》和原宁夏自治区卫生防疫站编《消毒法规汇编》规定的方法和标准执行。[结果]本次监测86家医疗单位,共监测样品626份,合格500份,总合格率为79.87。[结论]所有消毒物品的合格率明显高于空气的合格率,且紫外线灯的合格率较低。消毒工作是卫生防病的重要组成部分,为杜绝因消毒质量问题引起的医源性感染和交叉感染,应改善患者的就医和住院环境,加强医疗单位消毒监督工作。[Objective]To understood that the Qingtongxia city in 2009 the medical unit disinfection quality,and to prevent the medical source infection to provide the basis.[Methods]We conducted the monitoring work in accordance with the Ministry of Health,＂Disinfection technical specifications＂and the original code epidemic prevention station in Ningxia autonomous region,＂Disinfection Registry＂provisions of the method and standard.[Results]We monitored 86 medical units,626 samples were monitored,500 samples were qualified,and the total qualified rate was 79.87%.[Conclusion]All disinfection goods＇ qualified rate was higher than air obviously the qualified rate,and ultraviolet lamp＇s qualified rate was low.Disinfection work was an important part of health,prevent to eliminate the problem caused by disinfection quality iatrogenic cross-infection and improve and medical treatment,and patients＇ hospitalized environment,strengthening the supervision work of medical unit disinfection
