摘　　要：开发了一种基于集成触发器TCA785的三相可控桥式整流电路。介绍了集成触发器TCA785的主要功能及应用方法,将其应用于中频感应加热电源,由于电路结构简单、可靠性高,获得了良好的效果。A three-phase bridge rectification circuit based on integrated trigger TCA785 was developed.The basic principles of rectification circuit and trigger pulse circuit of TCA785 were introduced.The running principle of control circuit and application notice of TCA785 were given.The three-phase bridge rectification circuit could be applied in intermediate frequency induction heating power supply,and good results were achieved because of its simple structure and high reliability.
