摘　　要：针对当前静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)存在的问题,提出了将载波变频技术脉冲宽度调制VFCB-PWM与级联H桥型多电平变换器相结合的级联型静止同步补偿器,阐述了载波变频技术的工作原理及其具体实现方法。Matlab仿真结果表明,该级联型静止同步补偿系统能在较低开关频率情况下准确、有效地补偿谐波和无功电流,性能良好。Aiming at the problems of current static compensator（STATCOM）,the variable frequency carrier bands pulse width modulatiorn（VFCB-PWM） and the cascade H-bridge multilevel converter by combining the techniques based on carrier frequency PWM（VFCB-PWM） of cascade STATCOM were proposed.The principle of carrier frequency technology and its realization method were described.The Matlab simulation results show that the cascade STATCOM systems can compensate harmonics and reactive current under low switching frequency accurately,and it has good performance.
