摘  要:针对机械式无线随钻测斜仪在深井、超深井及高温高压井的井斜测量中存在钻井液脉冲压力低、脉冲信号弱及涡流现象严重等问题,采用Fluent软件模拟了脉冲阀和脉冲环结构优化前后脉冲阀最大直径处钻井液通过脉冲环节流孔位置瞬间的压力、速度和流线变化情况。数值模拟结果表明,结构优化后的脉冲发生器产生的脉冲压力更高、信号更强、涡流现象减少。因此,结构优化后的机械式无线随钻测斜仪在深井、超深井及高温高压井中测量的脉冲强度更高,工作寿命更长,测量更可靠。In the hole deviation measurement in deep wells,superdeep wells and high-temperature and high-pressure wells,there exist problems with the mechanical wireless while-drilling inclinometer,such as low pulse pressure of drilling fluid,weak pulse signal and swirling,therefore the Fluent software was adopted to simulate the change of the transient pressure,flowrate and streamline of drilling fluid flowing through the throttle orifice at the position of the largest diameter of the pulse valve before and after the structure of the pulse valve and pulse ring was optimized.The numerical simulation result showed that the structurally optimized pulse generator had produced higher pressure,stronger signals and less whirling.The mechanical wireless while-drilling inclinometer with optimized pulse generator had higher pulse strength,longer service life and more reliable measurement in the measurement in deep wells,superdeep wells and high-temperature and high-pressure wells.
