摘　　要：针对国外进口直燃式液氮车价格高和售后服务不方便等问题,研制了YDC800KDFG型直燃式液氮车。该型液氮车是集气、液、电一体化和自动化程度很高的特种作业装备,利用直燃式蒸发器燃烧产生的热量来蒸发液氮,具有排量大,压力高和排出温度稳定的特点。该液氮车在现场共进行了20多口井的压裂、酸化、气举、排液和试压等工作,其可靠性得到很好验证,各项技术指标满足设计要求。In light of the high price of imported direct-fired liquid nitrogen trucks and the inconvenient after-sale service,the YDC800KDFG direct-fired liquid nitrogen truck is developed.The truck is a kind of special operating equipment with gas,fluid and electricity integrated into one whole and with a high degree of automation.It makes use of the heat produced by the direct-fired evaporator to evaporate the liquefied nitrogen.And it is characterized by large discharge capacity,high pressure and stable discharge temperature.The truck has performed fracturing,acidizing,gas lifting,liquid discharging and pressure testing in over 20 wells,and its reliability is verified.All technological indexes of the truck satisfy the design requirement,and its technological performance reaches the international advanced level.
