摘  要:利用高效薄层色谱(TLC)分离技术与表面增强拉曼散射技术(SERS)的结合,获得了分析东莨菪碱成分的新方法.SERS结果表明,在TLC原位约8μg样品就可获得东莨菪碱分子的主要振动特征谱带.通过光谱检测揭示出SERS与固体光谱的异同,并指明了东莨菪碱分子与银溶胶的吸附模式.TLCSERS使高效分离与指纹鉴定结合。A new method for analysing the ingredients of scopoamine using hyphenaed high efficiency thin layer chromatographic(TLC) and the surface ehanced raman spectroscopic(SERS) technics was reported.The results showed that the characteristic spectral bands of scopoamine could be obtained in the TLC spot with minimum amount of about 8μg of scopoamine sample and the difference between the SERS and solid spectra was found.An absorption model of scopoamine and silver sol was proposed.That effective combination of TLC and SERS could be used to analyse the chemical ingredients with high sentivity.
