多球训练法在直拍横打技术教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：多球训练法应用于直拍横打技术教学,有利于更好的使学生掌握乒乓球直拍横打技术,有利于掌握技术动力定型,纠正错误动作,有利于增加学生的负荷量,培养学生坚强的意志品质,有利于培养学生对乒乓球运动的兴趣,能更好的提高直拍横打技术教学的质量。Multi-training method is applied in the teaching of cross pen playing which makes students skillful about the hold backhand at tack with reversesurface,form dynamic finalization and correct their wrong action.At the same time increasing sports lode of exercise,making students form strong will,building up the interest of playing tennis.By this teaching method,we can improve teaching quality of holding backhand at tack with reversesurface table tennis.
