摘 要:随着煤矿高产高效开采技术的发展,采空区浮煤自燃灾害威胁着煤矿工人的生命财产安全。针对羊场湾Y212工作面撤架期间采空区浮煤自燃特点与工作面实际开采条件,通过对工作面气体情况和井下实际生产条件的分析,提出在工作面前方重新施工巷道,采用高位孔灌注胶体材料、封闭注氮相结合的降温、降氧的防灭火方案,有效控制了该工作面在停采撤架期间的CO气体浓度和温度,为成功回撤奠定了基础,也为易自燃厚煤层自然发火机理研究与防治积累了主要的技术数据和实践经验。With the development of high-output and efficient mining technology in coal mines,the float coal spontaneous combustion disaster in the gob seriously threatens the miners' life and property safety.To counter the characteristics of float coal combustion in the gob of Y212 working face in Yangchangwan Mine during support withdrawal and the actual mining condition of the face and through the analysis on the gas state in the face and the actual production condition,a new spontaneous combustion prevention and control technology including reconstructing a roadway in front of the face,pouring the colloidal material into the gob,closed nitrogen injection,cooling and oxygen reduction was put foreward,the CO concentration and temperature were effective controlled with this technology during the stop production and support withdrawal in this face.This technology laid a foundation for successful support withdrawal and accumulated the major technical data and pracical experiences for the study of spontaneous combustion mechanism and its prevention and control.
