文化活力的激发与西北民族地区和谐社会的构建

摘　　要：社会充满活力是社会和谐的基础和条件,实现社会和谐必须激发社会活力。文化活力是社会活力的重要组成,它是内在于社会整体活动之中深层的、精神性力量,隐性地影响着特定社会整体活动的演进历程和方向。在明晰西北地区民族文化的现状及特点的前提下,尊重和保护西北民族文化的多元化,激发西北民族文化的生命力;确立多元化倾向中的主导性要求,激发西北民族文化的凝聚力;注重文化创新机制建设,激发西北民族文化的创造力。A society full of vitality is the foundation and conditions for social harmony.To achieve social harmony,we must arouse social vitality.Cultural vitality is an important component of social activity.It is deep,spiritual force in the activities of the society as a whole,which has invisible influences on evolving process of the activities of a particular community as a whole and direction.Based on an analysis of the present situation and characteristics of national culture in Northwest,the author suggests that we should respect and protect cultural diversity of the Northwest,stimulate cultural vitality of the Northwest,establish the diverse requirements of the dominant tendencies,stimulate the cultural cohesion of the Northwest,pay attention to cultural innovation mechanisms construction,stimulate the creativity of the national culture of the Northwest.
