摘　　要：分析了横管初冷器生产运行中出现结垢、腐蚀、堵塞的原因,提出了循环水水质、工艺操作参数及喷洒液配比是非常重要的因素,并提出相应的解决措施。Analyzed the reasons of scaling,corrosion and jamming of traverse-pipe primary cooler in operation,and put forward that the circulating water,process operation parameters and spray ratio are the very important factors.Put forward the corresponding solutions.
