摘 要:根据集总参数法的基本原理对彩涂板传热过程进行了理论分析,建立了一维有内热源的彩涂板传热数学模型,热源项包括炉气与钢板间的喷射对流换热量,涂料溶剂的挥发吸热量以及涂料固化放热量三部分。用该模型对彩涂板在烘烤炉内的升温过程进行了数值模拟,得到彩涂板的出炉温度。通过对9841个炉次的工况计算,并与现场测试值对比,计算结果与实测值差值绝对值在5℃以内的样本共有9029个,占总样本量的91.75%,证明模型正确,计算结果可靠,可用于快速预测彩涂板的出炉温度。Based on the lumped-heat-capacity method,the mathematical model was established for the simulation of color coated sheet's heat transfer during baking-curing process,which is a one-dimensional differential equation with heat sources.The heat sources consists of convection heat transfer between furnace gas and sheet,heat absorption as solvent evaporates and heat rejection in the coatings curing process.The modal was applied to calculate the outlet temperature of the color coated sheet.Then the modal was verified by a comparison with the measured data.There are 9029 samples out of a total of 9841 samples whose absolute value of difference between calculation and measured results are within 5℃,occupy 91.75%.So the modal is proved correct and effective,it can be used to predict the outlet temperature of the color coated sheet.
