热风阀阀板的流场分析

摘　　要：以COSMOSF loworks软件为工具,对国内某重工集团的DN1800热风阀阀板水道进行了流场分析。分析结果表明:阀板内水速分布不均匀,是造成阀板换热不均,局部急冷急热的重要原因。应改变此型阀板中部流态和加宽内水环边缘水冷结构来改善冷却均匀性,以达到提高阀板寿命的目的。By means of COSMOSFloworks software,waterway of valve plate is making analysis of flow field for DN1800 hot blast valve of certain Heavy Industry Group of our country.And analytical result indicate that uneven distribution of water velocity in the valve plate is an important reason for causing uneven heat exchanger valve and local emergency thermal quench.In order to improve cooling uniformity,the central flow state of the type valve plate should be altered and water cooling structure of inner water ring edge should be widen,finally the life of valve plate can be reached.
