摘 要:选取了鞍钢化工总厂常用的4种炼焦煤和神木长焰煤为实验煤种,采用2kg室式实验焦炉分别对单种煤和配合煤在三种堆密度下炼焦,所得焦炭按GB1997-89测定其反应性(CRI)和反应后强度(CSR)。旨在寻求不同堆密度炼焦对焦炭热性能和长焰煤对捣固炼焦焦炭热性能的影响规律。结果表明:单种煤、配合煤炼焦的焦炭CRI都随着炼焦煤堆密度的增加而降低,CSR则提高;添加长焰煤炼焦对焦炭的CRI、CSR的总趋势是长焰煤配比越高则焦炭CRI越高,而CSR越低;但通过提高堆密度的方式炼焦,可以减小低阶煤对焦炭CRI和CSR的劣化。Select four kinds of coking coal and Shenmu long flame coal as experimental materials,which are widely used in steel factory of Anshan.Coke every kind of coal and blending coal by using two-kilogram coke oven under the condition of three different bulk density respectively.Test the reaction of coke(CRI) and coke strength after reaction(CSR) of the product which got according to GB1997-89,in order to find the rule that how bulk density affect the thermal performance of coking coal and the thermal performance of Shenmu long flame coal in stamping coking,the result shows that,as the increase of the bulk density of the coal,the CRI of them are reduce,but the CSR of them are increase.When adding the long flame coal into the coal,with the number of the long flame's increase,the CRI will increase,but the CSR will reduce.In coking,the bad affection of CRI and CSR which come from low-rank coal by increasing bulk density can reduce.
