摘  要:以硫酸亚铁和氯化锌为主盐配制弱酸性溶液,在铜基体上电镀锌铁合金。运用小槽电镀实验和电化学测试等技术,研究了香草醛对镀层的外观、组成、耐腐蚀性能以及微观形貌的影响。结果表明,在温度为20°C、pH为4.5的条件下电镀时,香草醛的加入使得镀层更加平整、致密,但其质量浓度高于0.2g/L之后,对改善镀层平整性的作用不大。极化曲线测试表明,镀液中加入香草醛时,所得锌铁合金镀层在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中的自腐蚀电位正移,自腐蚀电流密度减小。随着镀液中香草醛浓度的增大,镀层中铁的质量分数降低,镀层沉积速率出现先增后减的趋势。中性盐雾腐蚀测试表明,加入香草醛后获得最佳外观的镀层,其耐腐蚀性能较好。The electroplating of Zn–Fe alloy was carried out with Cu as substrate in a weakly acidic bath mainly composed of ferrous sulfate and zinc chloride. The effect of vanillin on appearance,composition,corrosion resistance and microscopic morphology of the Zn–Fe alloy coating was studied by small-bath electroplating experiment and electrochemical measurement. Results showed that the addition of vanillin makes the coatings prepared at temperature 20 °C and pH 4.5 smoother and more compact. However,the surface of Zn–Fe alloy coating doesn’t become better with further increasing of vanillin when its dosage is more than 0.2 g/L. Results of polarization measurement revealed that the addition vanillin facilitates the positive shift of self-corrosion potential and the decrease of self-corrosion current density of Zn–Fe alloy coatings in a 3.5wt% NaCl solution. The content of Fe in Zn–Fe alloy coating is decreased with increasing vanillin concentration in plating bath,while the deposition rate is increased initially and then decreased. Results of neutral salt spray test showed that the Zn–Fe alloy coating with best appearance prepared with vanillin has good corrosion resistance.
