摘 要:以NEW-MART超市洗化用品区为例,运用磁石理论、布局规划的基本原则、消费心理学理论,分析了货架布局、商品陈列等问题。根据NEW-MART超市实地的调研,绘制了洗化用品区货架布局规划的平面图。运用物流因素分析法分析货架与货架之间的人员流动强度及回退、交叉等问题。运用Flexsim系统仿真软件对洗化用品区货架进行仿真建模。仿真结果表明,该超市洗化用品区没有出现人员流动的回退、交叉现象。但是在购物高峰期出现了短暂的等待,出现这种现象对于大型综合超市而言是合理的。对于相关企业布局规划具有一定的指导作用。Taking the NEW-MART supermarket shelves in washing materials area layout as the example, using Magnet theory, the layout basic principles, consumer psychology theory to analyze problems about shelf layout and merchandising, According to the field investigation of the NEW-MART supermarket, the plan layout racks were drawn out. Applying the method of logistic factor, personnel intensity, retroversion and crossing phenomenon were all analyzed. Afterwards the simulation modeling of NEW-MART supermarket shelves in washing materials area layout was built with Flexsim software. The simulation results expatiate that no retroversion, crossing phenomenon of transfer of personnel happened to that area. But in shopping rush hour brief wait appeares, this phenomenon for large comprehensive supermarket is reasonable. All what was analyzed hereby for related enterpriselayout is of certain guidance.
