摘 要:湿压缩技术能够有效地提高燃气轮机性能,加湿条件是影响湿压缩技术的重要因素之一。本文利用计算流体力学软件CFX,对某型三级轴流压气机在不同加湿条件下的湿压缩过程进行三维数值模拟。根据计算结果,对不同加湿条件下的湿压缩效果进行比较分析。研究表明,在不考虑叶片腐蚀的前提下,当喷入的水滴直径为10μm时,湿压缩效果最好;加湿量过大或者过小均存在不足,该值有一个最优选择;水滴温度越低、且环境温度越高时,湿压缩效果越好。Wet compression technology can effectively improve the characteristic of gas turbine.Humidification condition is one of the most important factors that affect wet compression technology.With a three-stage axial flow compressor,a full three-dimensional calculation of wet compression under different operation conditions is conducted by utilizing computational fluid dynamics software CFX.According to the results of the computation,the effects of wet compression under different humidification conditions are presented in this paper.The investigation shows that,without considering of the blade corrosion,the effects of wet compression would be better when the diameter of the droplets is 10 μm,and there is an optical value of water mass flow rate which is not too large or too small.With the droplets of lower temperature and the atmosphere of higher temperature,the effects of wet compression would be better.
