摘 要:本文采用Spalart-A llam aras湍流模型,应用NUMECA软件对某单级烟气轮机内部流场进行数值模拟,并根据计算结果对此烟气轮机动叶片的冲蚀机理进行分析。分析结果表明:喷嘴斜切部分产生激波,受激波影响喷嘴出口气流不稳定,加之动叶扭曲规律及安装角与工质在动叶入口的速度方向不符,使动叶流道内存在大面积的二次流动、附面层脱离及旋涡,流动不稳定,动叶片叶根冲蚀严重,安全性能较差。Numerical simulation of inner flow field of a one-stage flue gas turbine has been carried out with the Spalart-Allamaras turbulence model.The software NUMECA was utilized during this process.Then the mechanism of the moving blade erosion has been analyzed based on the results of the simulation.The research shows that shock wave is produced near the throats of the nozzles and the shock wave causes the disordered flow at the outlet of the nozzles.Also due to the unmatched design between the inlet flow to the moving blades and the tort regulation of the moving blades,there are secondary flow,separation of the boundary layer and vertexes in the passages between the moving blades.So the flow near the moving blades is disordered and causes the erosion.
