摘 要:采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件模拟八辊复合矫直机水平矫直60kg/m重轨过程。重轨矫直过程中,纵向应力在轨头处最大,轨底处次之,轨腰中性轴处最小。轨头、轨底和轨腰处单元高度方向应力的变化规律与纵向应力一致。轨头和轨底高度方向应力不仅表现为压应力,还表现为拉应力;轨腰高度方向压应力最大,但没有达到屈服应力值。轨头和轨底处单元等效塑性应变均很小,其值分别为0.0548和0.0296;轨腰中性轴处单元等效塑性应变值为零。The horizon straightening process of the 60kg/m rail dealt by straightening machine with eight rollers was simulated by the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.The results show that the longitudinal stress is maximal at rail head,smaller at rail tail,and minimal at rail waist during rail straightening process.The variation rule of the stress of elements along altitude-direction at rail head,rail base and rail waist are accordant with the longitudinal stress.The stress along altitude-direction at rail head and rail base present not only as compression stress,but also as tension stress.The stress along altitude-direction at rail waist is maximal,but has not achieved the yield value.The equivalent plastic strain at rail head and rail base elements are small,its values are 0.0548 and 0.0296 respectively,and the value of equivalent plastic strain of the rail waist element at neutral axis is zero.
