摘  要:对铸坯试块建立考虑两种温度边界条件,即计算对流传热系数同时输入辐射和对流载荷,以及将对流传热考虑为辐射载荷的比例输入空冷的温度场模型。利用ANSYS有限元软件进行计算,将计算数据与实测数据对比分析,并对模型进行验证校正。计算结果表明,同时考虑辐射和对流的边界模型,其计算值与实测值较吻合,有更高的计算精度。将对流传热以一定比例考虑为辐射换热,在700℃以上的高温区,对计算结果影响不大;而在温度为700℃以下时,则出现较大误差。Air cooled temperature field model of casting billet sample was created,two temperature boundary conditions were considered,one was pre-calculating convective heat-transfer coefficient,and both radiation and convection load were inputted;the other was considering convection heat transfer as proportion of radiation heat transfer,and only radiation load was inputted.ANSYS analysis software was used to calculate the model,calculated and tested data were contrasted to examine and correct the model.The results show that,the calculated data of the model inputting both radiation and convection load was tally with tested data and getting higher calculation accuracy.When the temperature is higher than 700℃,considering convection heat transfer as proportion of radiation heat transfer would not influence the calculating result effectively,when the temperature is below 700℃,there would be large inaccuracy.
