摘  要:为提高番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill)幼苗的耐弱光性,以自然光(CK,实测光通量密度为855.3~1033.6μmol·s-1·m-2)和50%遮光(CKz,422.2~524.6μmol·s-1·m-2)为对照,研究了50%遮光下全株喷施4种耐弱光壮苗钙素配方对番茄植株生长发育及产量的调控效应。结果表明:与CKz相比,50%遮光下全株喷施4种耐弱光壮苗钙素配方均可抑制番茄植株徒长,显著提高番茄幼苗茎粗、全株干重和壮苗指数,增强SOD、CAT和POD等保护酶活性,促进光合作用,显著增加单果重和单株产量,其中配方4效果最好,其平均单果重和单株产量比CKz提高了34.2%和31.7%,可作为番茄育苗的耐弱光钙素壮苗配方。In order to improve the resistant to low light stress of tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) seedlings,nature light(CK,identical radiant flux of 855.3-1033.6 μmol·s-1·m-2) and 50% nature light intensity(CKz,identical radiant flux of 422.2-524.6 μmol·s-1·m-2) as controls,tomato seedlings in 50% nature light intensity were treated with four calcium recipes which strengthen the seedlings under low light stress,the regulate effects on plant growth,development and yield was studied.The results showed that there was an increase in the plant stem diameter,dry matter accumulation,seedling index,SOD,CAT,POD activity and net photosynthetic rate,a significant increase in the average weight of single fruit and single plant yield,besides,overgrowth could be prevented of four calcium recipes treated tomato seedlings in 50% nature light intensity.In these recipes,the effect of recipe four was the best one,compared with the seedlings under 50% nature light culture(CKz),the average weight of single fruit and single plant yield was increased 34.2% and 31.7%,respectively.Therefore,recipe four could be used as a strengthen seedling calcium recipe which has low light stress resisitance.
