摘 要:电磁带隙(EBG)结构在微波波段具有广泛的应用,该文研究了一种双层渐变的EBG结构,该结构的接地板上刻蚀了6个周期性的圆,贴片是由6个蝶形单元组成,通过仿真实验确定了圆的半径和与蝶形单元的相对位置。与传统的电磁带隙结构相比,该结构具有小型化和结构紧凑的特点。同时还研究了一种在接地板上刻蚀非周期性圆的结构,此时圆的半径按照渐变函数有规律的变化,结果表明,渐变形式的引入减小了电磁带隙结构的通带波纹,这使得电磁带隙结构具有很好的阻带特性和较小的通带波纹。Electromagnetic band gap(EBG) structures are widely used in microwave field.A tapered dual-plane EBG structures filter is presented in this paper.This filter includes 6 uniform circles etched in the ground plane and 6 bow-tie cells.The relative positions of circles and bow-tie cells are determined by simulation.Compared with general EBG structures,this filter is small and compact.Moreover,this paper also studies the frequency characteristics of the various circles etched in the ground plane with different tapers.The computing result shows that different tapers can obviously eliminate the ripples in the pass band caused by the periodicity of the EBG structure.This filter is with excellent transmission characteristic in stop band and small ripples in pass band simultaneously.
