摘　　要：预期违约制度是英美法系重要的法律制度,在保护合同交易安全,维护公共秩序方面发挥着重大作用。通过就预期违约制度的渊源、内容及其相关的法律制度进行研究,并就预期违约制度中国化进行理论性探讨,为在中国确立完善的预期违约制度提供可行性建议。The system of anticipatory breach is an important legal system of U.K.,U.S.A.and France,playing a great role in protecting the safety of contract business,and in maintaining public order.A study of the origin,content and related legal systems and a discussion on the theoretical exploration into China＇s own system of anticipatory breach will bring about feasible suggestions for establishing and perfecting a anticipatory breach system in China.
