摘  要:CrMo910 Main steam piping exposed at elevated temperature in the creep range was studied in present paper.The properties including tensile strength,toughness and creep-rupture strength of this component had been degraded by 21 years′ service.Material damage was characterized by spheroidization of carbides.Creep-rupture data had been analyzed and remaining life of nearly 80,000 hours could be expected.CrMo910 Main steam piping exposed at elevated temperature in the creep range was studied in present paper.The properties including tensile strength,toughness and creep-rupture strength of this component had been degraded by 21 years′ service.Material damage was characterized by spheroidization of carbides.Creep-rupture data had been analyzed and remaining life of nearly 80,000 hours could be expected.
