摘 要:目的了解不同溶媒、不同溶药方法及不同放置时间对粉剂抗生素类药物阿莫西林克拉维酸钾(安灭菌)溶解配伍后不溶性微粒的污染情况。方法将安灭菌(规格1.2g,30支)随机分为3组,每组10支。1组用0.9%氯化钠注射液(NS)10mL溶安灭菌1支,加入规格为100mL的NS中;2组用自带溶媒10mL溶安灭菌1支,加入规格为100mL的NS中;3组用自带溶媒10mL溶安灭菌1支后,用WzR-D951A型药用电子振荡器摇匀,充分溶解后加入规格为100mL的NS中。配伍后于5、30、60、120min时测定液体中不同直径的不溶性微粒数。结果安灭菌配伍后不溶性微粒变化与溶剂选择、溶药方法和放置时间有关。结论配伍安灭菌最好选择自带溶媒并应用药物振荡器使之充分溶解,配伍后的溶液在5~60min为给药最佳时间。针对此问题提出护理对策,可提高输液安全性。Objective To study powder antibiotics amoxicillin clavulanate potassium dissolved application compatibility of different solvents,electronic oscillators and different place time of particulate matter pollution.Methods 30 branches of amoxicillin,specifications 1.2g,were randomly divided into 3 groups,10 branches in each group.The first group of 0.9% sodium chloride injection suction(NS) 10mL solution sterilized a safety specification was added in 100mL NS;the second group with their own security solution of 10mL solvent added after sterilization a specification in 100mL NS;the third group with their own safety and sterilization of solvent 10mL solution,were fully dissolved with the medicinal use of WZR-D951A-type electronic oscillator roll and added into the 100mL NS.The number of insoluble of different diameter was determined when compatibility after 5min,30min,60min,120min.Results The change of particulate matter after powder sterilized antibiotics compatibility was related with dissolvant selection,dissolving methods and storage time.Conclusion The use of the own dissolvant and electronic oscillator is the best choice for fully dissolving antibiotic powder and after compatibility between the 5-60min is the best delivery time.Nursing strategies proposed for this problem may
