摘　　要：在我国科技事业飞速发展和计算机技术普遍应用的新形势下,高校学报和青年编辑会面临新的挑战,但也迎来了新的发展机遇。青年编辑应努力培养良好的思想政治素质、职业道德素质和业务素质,充分利用科研实力雄厚的高校环境和各种有利条件,不断拓展专业知识,做"学者型编辑",并能够熟练应用计算机技术和网络技术,为高校学报在新形势下的发展作出积极贡献。Under the new situations of rapid development of scientific causes and popular application of computer techniques in our country,university journal and young editors are faced with new challenge,and also chance of development.Young editors should try to foster good ideological political quality,professional ethics and quality,fully use of the strength of university research environment and favorable conditions,continue to expand professional knowledge,skillfully apply computer and network techniques,make positive contributions to the development of university journal under new situations.
