摘　　要：行政强制权与行政抵抗权既有其"冲突"的一面,又有其"一致"性,具体到拆迁中,前者要求在拆迁中坚持法定、比例、程序三原则,后者要求在实践中坚持正义原则、诉讼原则以及教育原则。Administrative renovation is a big problem in China.This article considers the nature of that is the relationship between administrative coercive power and administrative resistance right,after analyzing the administrative relationship.They conflict with each other,at the same time coordinate with each other also.The former demands the principles of regulation of law,proportion and procedure,and the later requires that of justice,suitcase and education.
