摘　　要：本文通过对我国农村离婚探望权纠纷特点的分析,结合我国婚姻法相关制度的规定,提出了解决农村探望权纠纷的立法和司法设想。Here the passage,combining with relevant items of Matrimonial Law,probes into the dispute peculiarity about visitation right after divorce in our countryside.Meanwhile,it puts forward an assumption that for the future,we may solve this kind of dispute by legislation and justice.
