摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜及医用OB胶在小儿肠套叠中的应用价值。方法:2002年9月至2010年6月为28例肠套叠患儿施行腹腔镜肠套叠复位OB胶固定术。均气管插管全麻,腹腔镜下判断套叠类型及严重程度,发现继发性肠套叠或有肠坏死等则中转开腹,并采取相应的手术方式。结果:26例采取腹腔镜复位OB胶固定成功。1例发生肠坏死、1例合并美克尔憩室中转开腹,行肠切除吻合或憩室切除术。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗小儿肠套叠安全有效,采用医用OB胶固定可缩短手术时间、降低手术难度。Objective：To investigate the application of laparoscopy and medical OB glue in children with intussusception.Methods：From Sep.2002 to Jun.2010,28 children with intussusception underwent laparoscopic intussusception reposition and OB glue fixation.Tracheal intubation and general anesthesia were applied,the type of intussusception and severity were judged under laparoscopy,patients with secondary intussusception or intestinal necrosis were converted to laparotomy,corresponding operative procedures were applied.Results：Laparoscopic reposition and OB glue fixation was successful in 26 cases.One patient with intestinal necrosis and one patient combined with Meckle diverticulum were converted to laparotomy,and underwent intestinal resection and anastomosis,or diverticulum resection.Conclusions：Laparoscopic operation is a safe and effective treatment for child intussusception.Medical OB glue fixation can decrease the operative time and difficulty.
