摘  要:针对国内提高汛限水位研究与实践中未考虑水库群库容补偿的现状,以观音阁-葠窝梯级水库群为背景,分析了考虑上游观音阁水库富余防洪库容补偿下游葠窝水库的可行性,通过适当选取地区设计洪水,拟定观音阁水库不同的起调水位方案,分别按规划和现状防洪标准两种情景,通过调洪计算确定了观音阁水库汛期不同水位下,葠窝水库汛限水位的提高值,并分析了提高汛限水位后蓄水与发电的效益变化。To deal with the lacking of considering reservoir capacity compensation while raising reservoir flood limited water level, this paper focuses on Senwo Reservoir's flood limited water level raising under the background of Guanyinge-Senwo Casca-ding Reservoirs. Firstly, we analyze the feasibility of providing capacity compensation by Guanyinge Reservoirto Senwo Reser- voir. Secondly, a group of suitable designed regional floods are chosen for operating calculation for Guanyinge Reservoir. Thirdly, raising values of Senwo Reservoir's flood limited water level under different initiation elevations of Guanyinge Reservoir are determined by designed floods operating calculation. For practical purpose, two flood control situations are considered as con-strained conditions, which are current and planned flood control standard. Finally, the benefits of water storage and power generation after raising flood limited water level are estimated.
