摘　　要：新农村建设是党和政府在世纪之初为了更好地落实科学发展观,统筹城乡经济社会发展,逐步改变城乡二元经济结构的又一重大举措。为了更好地建设社会主义新农村,为新农村建设提供源源不断的精神动力支持,党中央又及时地提出了建设社会主义核心价值体系的科学命题。社会主义核心价值体系的建设和践行,必将为新农村建设供正确的指导思想和强大的精神动力、必需的伦理道德规范和树立共同的理想。使基层干部和广大农民拥有一个健康的心灵、饱满的精神、全新的面貌、昂扬的斗志、顽强的毅力而投入到新农村建设的共同行动之中。New rural construction is CPC and government implement an important policy for better carry out scientific development concept,set up urban-rural economic and social development,gradually changing the urban-rural dual economic structures in the beginning of century.For better build new socialist countryside and provides steady spirit forces to build new rural construction,CPC and government made socialist core value system timely,the construction of the socialism core value system is bound to correct guiding thoughts and strong spirit forces,and establish a common vision and ethical codes of ethics for new rural construction.
