摘 要:大型清污设备是南水北调等长距离调水工程急需的关键设备,清污齿耙又是清污机的主要工作部件。提出了大型渠道清污机新型整体式齿耙结构的型式及其功能,并与常规齿耙结构进行了对比。用有限元数值模拟分析比较了两种结构在不同跨度,不同荷载下的最大综合位移和最大综合应力,得出新型整体式齿耙结构在受力和变形两方面,都优于现有的常规齿耙结构。在同等荷载下,新型齿耙结构断面减小,节省了材料。改变的齿耙结构,耙面简洁,有效地解决了污物缠绕齿耙的难题,同时,整体式结构增大了齿耙的刚度,有利于实现回转式清污机大跨度。对清除冰凌具有很好的效果,有利于清污机冬季的运行。Large-scale decontamination equipment is the key equipment urgently needed for long-distance water diversion projects like South-to-North Water Diversion Project, and rake cleaning structure is the main working part of these equipments. This pa-per puts forward the model and its function of new type of integral bridge rake structure of large-scale channel clean-feculence machine, and compares it with general rake structure. Through the Finite Element numerical simulation, two structures are com-pared in terms of the maximum synthesis displacement and the maximum synthesis stress under different spans and loads. It can be concluded that the new type of integeral bridge rake structure excels existing general rake structure in terms of strength anddistortion. Under the same load, cross-section of the new structure reduces, which saves material. Changed structure effectively solves the problem of feculency intertwisting with Integral Bridge Rake. Also, Integral Bridge Rake Structure increases the rake"s stiffness,which realizes large-span of helicoid type's clean-feculence machine,and has a very good effect for cleaning up ice to favor elean-feculence machine's operation in the winter.
