构建区域图书馆联合体 发挥农家书屋科教功能

摘　　要：从"农家书屋"这一惠民工程建设的初衷入手,详细论述了制约农家书屋教育功能发挥的资金、管理、价格、人员方面主要因素,提出构建区域图书馆,打破公共图书馆、高校图书馆和科研单位图书馆的资源分割堡垒,建设整体规划、统一标准、共建共享、共同发展的区域性图书馆联盟,发挥不同类型图书馆合作共享后的综合实力,实现优势互补、促进图书馆事业的区域整体发展是解决当前农家书屋具体问题的有效途径。By analyzing the benefits of farmhouse library project, the paper elaborates the factors that influence the educational function of farmhouse library, such as financing, management, price and staff, and puts forward that breaking the information barriers of public library, college library and institution library, and establishing regional library collaboration with integrated planning, unified standard, and co-sharing and co-development is an effective approach to solving problems of farmhouse library to bring libraries in full play and promote the development of library.
