一体化急救护理模式在改善急救护理质量中的综合效果观察

摘　　要：探讨一体化急救护理模式在改善急救护理质量中的综合效果。方法：选取2008年10月～2010年9月进行急救的180例患者为研究对象,其中2008年10月～2009年9月的90例采用传统急救护理模式的患者为对照组,2009年10月～2010年9月的90例采用一体化急救护理模式的患者为观察组,将两组患者的有效救治时间、不同疾病救治效果、急救服务意识评分及患者家属满意度进行统计及比较。结果：观察组的有效救治时间短于对照组,不同疾病及严重程度治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,急救服务意识评分明显高于对照组,患者家属满意度高于对照组,均P〈0.05,均有显著性差异。结论：一体化急救护理模式在改善急救护理质量中的综合效果较佳,值得推广应用。Objective：To study the comprehensive effect of integrated emergency nursing model in improving the quality of emergency nursing.Methods：180 patients in our hospital from October 2008 to September 2010 were selected as research object,90 patients taken care with traditional emergency nursing model from October 2008 to September 2009 were selected as control group,90 patients taken care with integrated emergency nursing model from October 2009 to September 2010 were selected as observation group.Then the effective emergency treatment time,emergency effect of different diseases and severity,emergency service consciousness score and satisfaction of patients＇ families of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results：The effective emergency treatment time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,total effective rate of emergency effect of different diseases and severity were significantly higher than those of control group,emergency service consciousness score was higher than that of control group,satisfaction of patients＇ families was higher than that of control group,all（P0.05）,there were significant differences.Conclusion：The comprehensive effect of integrated emergency nursing model in improving the quality of emergency nursing is better,and it is popularization and application.
