高龄慢性心力衰竭并发多器官功能不全综合征患者的病情观察与护理干预

摘　　要：目的:探讨高龄慢性心力衰竭并发多器官功能衰竭患者的有效护理方法。方法:密切观察患者的体温、呼吸、心电图、血压、出入量、神智、瞳孔、血糖、血气分析、血氧饱和度、实验室检查指标等,为早期诊断和及时治疗提供依据,并根据每个患者的病情给予相应的护理干预。结果:18例高龄慢性心力衰竭并发多器官功能衰竭患者中2个脏器功能衰竭者病死率为0,3个脏器功能衰竭者病死率为37.50%,4个脏器功能衰竭者病死率为40.00%,总病死率为27.78%。结论:密切观察病情变化、早期诊断、及时治疗、有效的护理干预有助于降低高龄慢性心力衰竭并发多器官功能衰竭患者的病死率,提高患者的生存和生活质量。Objective：Explored the effective nursing methods for old patients who have chronic heart failure with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.Methods：Carefully observe the patients＇body temperature,respiration,ECG,blood pressure,input and output amount,sanity,pupil,blood sugar,blood gas analysis,oxygen saturation,lab index,etc.To provide foundation for early diagnosis and timely treatment.Meanwhile conduct nursing intervention in accordance with each patient＇s condition.Results：Among 18 old patients who have chronic heart failure with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,the mortality for the patients who have two organ failure was zero,three organ failure 37.5%,four organ failure 40.0% and the case fatality rate 27.8%.Conclusion：In order to reduce the mortality and improve the survival and quality of life of the patients who have chronic heart failure with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,it is imperative to observe the change of each and everyone＇s condition carefully and achieve early diagnosis and timely treatment,and conduct effective nursing intervention.
