摘　　要：目的:探讨护理告知及电话回访对患者院外生活质量的影响。方法:对56例睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者进行护理告知及电话回访,改善他们院外不良生活方式及习惯,提供健康需求,帮助解决问题。结果:护理告知及电话回访改善了患者的不良生活习惯,使患者能自觉减少或者避免疾病的易患因素。结论:护理告知及电话回访促进医患关系和谐,使患者更好地进行自我保健,提高生活质量。Objective：To study the influence of calling back interview on the quality of patients′ life outside the hospital with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods：Calling back 56 patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,improving their bad life style,habits and offering health needs,in order to help them to solve some problems.Results：Care to inform and calling back interview improved the patients′ bad habits,so that patients will voluntarily reduce or avoid the risk factors of disease.Conclusion：Care to inform and calling back interview promoted physician-patient relationship harmoniously,patients can enjoy better self-care and improve quality of their lives.
