摘　　要：[目的]总结异基因外周血干细胞移植白消安联合环磷酰胺(BU/CY)预处理方案相关癫痫的观察及护理。[方法]对20例异基因外周血干细胞移植病人行BU/CY预处理,同时加强观察及护理,以预防和治疗白消安相关癫痫的发生。[结果]本组病人发生细小肢体抽动等癫痫先兆3例,发生癫痫小发作1例,均顺利度过预处理阶段。[结论]通过实施积极主动的临床观察、健康教育等护理措施,可有效预防和治疗异基因外周血干细胞移植病人行BU/CY预处理中大剂量使用白消安所导致的癫痫。Objective：It summarized observation and nursing care of patients with busulfan combined with cyclophosphamide（BU/CY） preprocessing associated epilepsy after undergoing allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation.Method：A total of 20 patients accepting allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation were preprocessed with BU/CY.Meanwhile,observation and nursing care of them were strengthened so as to prevent and treat busulfan induced epilepsy.Result： totally 3 cases had aura epileptica formation such as petty limbs tics.Only 1 case developed epilepsia minor.All the 4 patients went through preprocessing phase smoothly.Conclusion： By carrying out nursing measures such as active clinical observation and health education could effectually prevent and treat patients with large dose of busulfan induced epilepsy accepting BU/CY preprocessing before allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation.
